He specializes in VA, FHA, conventional and non-QM loans, but is willing and qualified to take on any client.

Brown combats this by providing clients with a clear list of items needed and walks them through each step in getting their loan approved. “I feel that my confidence in my abilities to educate, take care of and effectively respond to my clients’ needs has been the most instrumental for my success in lending,” Brown says. “And the fact that I am always, always, always going to close on time!”
