The real estate process can be a rollercoaster ride, but Allise Adkison Raad wants her clients to know how thrilling that ride can be. “There are ups and downs, and it is scary and exciting at the same time,” she insists. “But in the end, my goal is for you to get off the ride and say, ‘That was awesome. Let’s do it again.’”
To help ensure an enjoyable ride, Raad developed custom buyer and seller guides that she gives to every client, providing step-by-step processes to follow. She also offers complimentary staging for every listing. “Very few agents are willing to do that because it costs thousands of dollars, but I want all of my listings to have luxury marketing, no matter the price point,” she explains.
Raad’s responsiveness, relatability and client-centered approach aren’t business strategies; these qualities reflect who she is. “I used to look at the top agents in the business and wanted to be like them,” she recalls. “But then I finally realized that being myself is what my clients love, and that is why they chose me.” Clients report that they can be themselves around her, which helps make buying and selling real estate more enjoyable.
A native of Tallahassee, Raad made Atlanta her home 11 years ago. “I love that Atlanta is a big city but still a small town at heart, kind of like me,” she says. Recognized as the top agent at her firm, Harry Norman, Realtors, she has also been recognized as a top producer by the Atlanta Realtors Association and was named Jezebel Magazine’s Best Realtor in its Best of Atlanta issue. The former fitness studio owner and fitness instructor is an avid runner and enjoys hiking with her husband and dog.
