Agents provide many services to their clients, but of those services, which ones are the most valuable to clients?
Real estate agents are an invaluable source of information for their clients, and they offer numerous services during the buying and selling process. From the initial location of properties, to information about the surrounding neighborhood, to final negotiations on price and terms, there are few areas of the real estate transaction that agents cannot assist.
But do clients desire such multifaceted expertise? Or are some areas of the agents’ skill-set more desirable than others? Using recent survey data from the National Association of Realtors, we put together the following infographic, which lists not only the top five skills that clients desire from agents, but also the percentage of clients surveyed who valued that service:
