About Sales, Inc’s Stonecrest Homes are off to a successful start this year. In January alone, the builder welcomed a new model home at The Springs in Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch and as well hosted a free continuing education course for realtors.

Held at the community clubhouse, the education course examined how to correctly use social media to grow your business. Realtors were provided a catered lunch, valuable door prizes were up for grabs, and a tour of the new model home.

“On one of the coldest days we’ve had, we were able to have a fully packed session with 32 agents, ” said Suzanna Spivey, the on-site About Sales agent. “Academy Mortgage sponsored the course and had lunch waiting for us in the new model when it was over. Everyone loved touring our new model home!”

Featuring the Lilac floor plan, the model home displayed granite countertops in a gourmet kitchen, a spacious family room with a fireplace, built-in bookcases and a coffered ceiling. The four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a full, unfinished basement home also include a master on the main, a study, a loft and unfinished walk-in attic storage space. Outside, the model showcased an outdoor living area with 27-foot screen porch, a stone fireplace with a cedar siding and a covered patio off of the basement.
