Luxury Townhomes Coming Soon To Seven Norcross from The Providence Group

The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC have recently announce it’s plans for construction of several townhomes in the upcoming community of Seven Norcross. The homes will be priced from the $300,000s and will feature open home designs in the established community.

Floor plans available at Seven Norcross will include:

•The Garrison which features three levels of well design living space. A flex space with additional bathroom on the terrace level and up one flight of stairs from the main level is a formal dining room, a gourmet kitchen overlooking a breakfast room, a spacious family room and powder room. There are two large bedrooms upstairs that include a large walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, garden tub and separate shower.
