Lennar Atlanta, the fast-growing division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN), welcomed three new home consultants to its staff as the company continues to expand: Alicia Sipsy, Donna Brown and Anne Kriebel

Alicia Sipsy, a West Cobb native, has worked with various builder groups throughout Paulding and Cobb, bringing more than 10 years experience in new home sales with Edward Andrews Homes and Harry Norman Realtors.

The recipient of the RE/MAX Platinum Award and the Phoenix Multi Million Award, Donna Brown has extensive real estate experience. She previously worked in new home sales with John Wieland Homes before joining the Lennar Atlanta team in the fall of 2014.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Anne Kriebel has worked as a general Real Estate Agent in the Atlanta area for 15 years, including two years on site at Brookhaven at Johns Creek, an active adult community.

“These three top-notch professionals have hit the ground running, assisting homebuyers who are looking for great Lennar homes – in particular in our new neighborhoods in Cobb, Forsyth and Cherokee,” said Ginny Bryant, Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Atlanta.

Lennar Atlanta opened in 2010, and has since built more than 1,200 homes in more than 30 residential communities throughout the metro Atlanta area, according to Bryant.
