Luxury Atlanta home builder, The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, has opened a new model home at Traditions in South Forsyth.

“We are excited to announce the grand opening of our luxury model home at Traditions,” said Kelly Fink, vice president of marketing and online sales for The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC. “The new model home is open daily, giving buyers the opportunity to see first-hand the fantastic interior features that all of the community’s floor plans offer.”

The initial development stage of Traditions began in Sept. 2013, and the first phase of the community features luxury single-family homes priced from the $376,900s. In addition to the Avalon, buyers may choose from 11 floor plans, including Garden-style homes with private courtyards and rear-entry garages as well as Manor-style homes located on larger home sites with traditional backyard settings and basement options.

“Buyers love the community’s location,” Fink said. “Prior to opening the model, we’ve already sold nine homes at Traditions.”

In addition to the new homes at Traditions, the community features luxury amenities, including a clubhouse, tennis courts, signature pool, playgrounds and sports fields. Also, residents have access to 12 parks and walking paths to Fowler Park, as well as a connection to the Big Creek Greenway Trail System.

Traditions is situated less than two miles from GA 400, and children attend Vickery Creek Elementary, Vickery Creek Middle and West Forsyth High schools.
