The Atlanta Board of REALTORS® premier event of the year, the annual Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club Banquet was held this March at the InterContinental Buckhead. Nearly 900 of Atlanta’s finest in the real estate industry packed the house to celebrate the 2014 Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club (MMDSC).
Membership in the Club is based on total gross production of at least 4 million dollars in real estate transactions. REALTORS® are recognized in two specific membership categories: Member – those who have qualified for the current year; and Life – those who have qualified for 3 consecutive years or 5 total years.
This year, the club included 887 total members, including 110 first time members and 78 first time life members The Top 5% in production among six categories were recognized for their high level of accomplishment for the year: New Homes; Individual; REO; Team-Small, Team-Large and Team Mega-Team.

- Janey Lowe of Beacham & Company, REALTORS®for her team’s transactions, which were in excess of $48 million.
Team-Large Category
- Bonneau Ansley of Harry Norman REALTORS® for his team’s transactions, which were in excess of $122 million.
Team-Mega Category
- Mark Spain of Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta for his team’s transactions, which were in excess of $207 million.
