In the 1970s, an architect and sculptor came together to design what is now known as the Mushroom House, a 4,000 square-foot property in Perinton, New York’s Powder Mills Park that resembles a mushroom. The property, built on concrete pods, offers three bedrooms, three baths, a spa, great room, three-car garage and waterfall. The original owners sold the home for $799,900 in February 2012.
