The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC recently announced the home designs for its newest community, Brookmere at Johns Creek. Featuring both luxury townhouses and single-family homes, all floor plans can now be viewed on the builder’s website. Brookmere at Johns Creek is a gated community with eight single-family home designs starting at the $500,000s. The new designs include The Ansley, The Avery, The Cabot, The Dover, The Ellison I, the Ellison II, The Frederick and The Greer. Single-family homes offer two-car garages, up to 4,317 square feet of living space, three to five bedrooms and two to five bathrooms.

In addition to the single-family homes, the community will also offer six luxury townhouse designs priced from the low-$300,000s. These designs include The Fairfax, The Finley, The Foster, The Freemont, The Marston and The Mitchell. All townhouse designs feature two-car rear-entry or front entry garages, up to 2,363 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Interior highlights include private decks and sunrooms located off the family rooms, open main-level layouts, gourmet kitchens with islands and spacious pantries, per individual plan.
