Front Door communities is now selling homes at its newest development, Carolina Park, in Mount Pheasant. The community is inspired by the culture and architecture of Charleston.

Homes are priced from $400,000 to $500,000, and the community sits on 1,700 acres. Homes have the option of three to four bedrooms. Features include a wrap-around porch on the first and second floor, walk-in closets and spa-like bathrooms.

Community amenities include parks, a community pool, hiking and walking trails, tennis courts, a kayak launch and close proximity to the 20-acre lake. There is also access to shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment.
