Traton Homes announ
ced that its new community, Olde Anderson Estates, will open in November in Marietta’s Walton High School district. The homes are priced from the high $700,000s and have nine vacancies.
The homes in Olde Anderson Estates will feature gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and double ovens. The homes will also have owners’ suites with large tiled showers, granite vanity countertops and expansive closets.
Olde Anderson Estates will be located on Sewell Mill Rd., with access to shopping, dining and recreation including the historic Marietta Square and The Avenue East Cobb.
Children living in Olde Anderson Estates will attend Eastside Elementary, Dodgen Middle School and Walton High.
