Lane McCormack Announced as New ABR President

Lane McCormack, the senior vice president of Harry Norman, Realtors, was recently announced as the newest president of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. The announcement was made on Dec. 10th at ABR’s Annual Business Meeting and Awards Ceremony. Bill Rawlings, ‎the vice president and managing broker at Sotheby’s International Realty, was named president-elect.

McCormack’s real estate career began in 1998, and she earned her brokers license in 2001. She also serves as the managing broker at an office with more than 60 agents.

Having been recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors numerous times, McCormack has received the Captains of Industry Award, the President’s Award and the Realtor of the Year in 2014. She earned the Certified Residential Broker designation in 2015. McCormack also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR and Graduate of Realtor Institute, GRI designations. Other notable activities include teaching the Code of Ethics course and overseeing several aspects of the board. McCormack also serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Association of Realtors.
