Jason Schwartz

Ashton Woods recently announced the hiring of Jason Schwartz as the new general sales manager.

Schwartz has been in the real estate industry since 1993. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 with a degree in advertising, and has worked with numerous companies over the years doing advertising and public relations. In 2002, he started his own company, Titan Realty Marketing, LLC, where he collaborated with advertising agencies for various assignments.

He was hired as a new home sales specialist at McCar Homes in 2003, and was promoted to division sales manager within two years. For the past 12 years, Schwartz has been working in division sales with other home building firms.

“We are thrilled to have such an experienced candidate join our team,” said Michael Malloy, vice president of sales and marketing. “Jason’s experience and local knowledge will enhance Ashton Woods’ position in the industry and will assist in our growth and success going forward.”

Additionally, Schwartz is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders (National Sales & Marketing Council) and the Greater Atlanta Homes Builders Association (Sales & Marketing Council).
