Traton Homes opened its new phase at McClure Farms with 19 home sites. With pre-sale pricing from $390,000, buyers will be able to select from sixteen home designs and have access to an amenity center.

Located in Aceworth, the home designs include master-up, master-down and ranch plans. Square footages range from about 3,000 to 4,200 square feet for two-story plans, and 2,400 for the ranch plan.

McClure Farms, in addition to the new phase, has one home ready for immediate move-in. The Preston plan, offering five bedrooms, four baths, a basement and three-car garage, is priced at $499,900.
