Buyers can now reserve one of 77 home sites at Bel-Aire’s new phase in West Cobb, a community off of Macland Road in Powder Springs, according to a statement released by Windsong Properties.

Homes are priced in the low range of $200,000, and include two new floor plans.

“The Harrison,” one of the two new floor plans, is a two or three bedroom plan with flexible attic space. “The Lawrence,” the second new floor plan,  is a two-bedroom, two-bath plan aimed at buyers who are looking for less square footage, according to Windsong’s statement.
