Atlantans love step-less ranches – just ask their real estate agents.

According to a new analysis of 2015 listings on Zillow, the term “stepless ranch” was 1,331 times more likely to appear in the listing descriptions of Georgia properties than elsewhere in the country. Other unique listing terms included “finish terrace” and “swim tennis.”

Zillow’s research uncovered other interesting anomalies. For instance, “RV gate” is 450 times more likely in Arizona listings, while in Maine, “attached barn” pops up 143 times more often.

Here are the top five unique terms in Georgia listings (we excluded such obvious terms as “Buckhead” and “CDC”):

Phrase Popularity vs US
Stepless ranch 1331x
Finish terrace 856x
Swim tennis 423x
Comet 238x
Fireside familie 223x
