Atlanta new construction continues strong 2016

The Metro Atlanta new construction market continued its sterling 2016 performance in April, according to new numbers from Dodge Data & Analytics.

In April, Metro Atlanta saw more than $423 million in total residential construction spending, a 25 percent decline from April 2015. Metro Atlanta’s year-to-date construction spending, though, was more encouraging with its $2.251 billion total a 7 percent increase over the same time period last year.
