This Week in Atlanta Real Estate: New Beltline plaza on Eastside Trail, new park planned for westside and more

Lots of exciting things happened this week in the world of real estate. Notable news included a new plaza for the Beltline on the Eastside trail, a new plan for a park on the westside, and more.

New Beltline plaza on the Eastside Trail opens – A new plaza for the Beltline just opened at North Avenue. The Beltline’s website has some great photos of the plaza here.
New plan for Boone Park West – The westside is due for new greenspace funding, according to a report from Curbed Atlanta.

MBA Weekly Survey – Low mortgage rates boosted mortgage applications last week, as the Mortgage Bankers Association reported in  its latest analysis.
