With 1,226 closed transactions, metro Atlanta Realtor Mark Spain ranked at No. 6 on Real Trends Top 1,000 Real Estate Professionals.

Mark Spain’s team has appeared in the top 10 exclusive list for many years. Spain explained his team’s goal after landing the success of the No. 6 spot.

“Since forming our own brokerage, Mark Spain Real Estate, at the start of this year, we are working very hard to be the go-to company for metro Atlanta and Athens real estate,” he said.

In order to achieve that goal, Miles Murphy, the executive VP of sales, explained how they are one step closer to moving higher on the Real Trends list for next year.

“We are adding agents every month at the company and each must go through an extensive training process,” Murphy said. “We have also expanded into Athens, Georgia, and 2016 is about growing the number of families we help in real estate.”
