Ansley Atlanta Real Estate agent Ridley Warren closed out a record-breaking deal in Atlanta. Warren sold a 9,900-square-foot estate home in the Buckhead neighborhood for $9.5 million, which is the highest-recorded residential sale in the state of Georgia year-to-date.

Built in 1979, a recent renovation to this 17th-century-styled home added designer touches and upgrades including a full suite of cutting-edge smart home technology amenities.

This is the second record-breaking transaction for Ansley Atlanta in the past few months, having also listed and sold the highest-recorded residential deal in the state of Georgia in 2017.
