by

Atlanta’s Tuxedo Park is the second most popular neighborhood in the country, according to a study from Zillow.

To determine the most popular neighborhoods, Zillow found the cities with the highest number of page views per home listing during the first three months of 2018.

Tuxedo Park had 10,759 views per listing. A home in the neighborhood had a median list price of $1,875,000, while in the city of Atlanta, homes had a median list price of $320,450. In Tuxedo Park, the median square footage for a home was 5,476.

Tuxedo Park was second only to The Oaks in Calabasas, California, where homes had 12,976 views per listing. A home in The Oaks had a median list price of $3,699,000, while the median list price for all of Calabasas was $1,410,000. The median square footage of a home in The Oaks was 5,603.

Two other Atlanta neighborhoods made Zillow’s Top 20 List. Kingswood came in the No. 11 spot, with 6,754 views per listing. The median home in Kingswood was 4,886 square feet, and had a median list price of $2,422,000.

The Brandon neighborhood ranked No. 15, with 6,041 page views per listing. The median home in Brandon had a list price of $1,545,000 and was 4,206 square feet.

“Real estate shoppers are usually very aspirational, so it’s no surprise we have a lot of shoppers looking outside of where they can likely afford and instead, looking at beautiful homes in desirable areas,” said Aaron Terrazas, senior economist at Zillow.
