Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. has announced their merger with one of Atlanta’s top boutique agencies, Muffley & Associates Real Estate.

The new joint office was founded by Mikel Muffley and is now referred to as Weichert, Realtors – The Collective. The office will operate as an independently-owned Weichert affiliate.

Weichert has grown to have a network of 500 company owned and franchised offices across the country. The Weichert national franchise system will expand Muffley’s client services and involvement in the industry, providing avenues and presence through their top global relocation service.

Muffley & Associates was attracted internal operations of the national brand, drawn to how the large agency prioritizes customer service and industry leading systems. The joint team will utilize Weichert’s training programs to train the unit to offer competitive and productive real estate services.
