After three decades in its original Intown location, Harry Norman, Realtors, recently expanded into the top two floors of a newly constructed building along the BeltLine.

The new space at 1518 Monroe Dr. features a foyer on the first level which opens to conference rooms that replicate luxury homes Harry Norman has represented. On the second level, agents and staff members are in an open-concept office that includes 75 workspaces and several private offices.

“This new office truly embodies the spirit of our agency,” said Leslie Johnson, president and managing broker. “Whether discussing market trends over a cup of tea, knocking out emails in the open loft, or closing a deal in our high-tech conference room, our team will continue to grow and enjoy this space for decades to come.”

Commercial real estate firm JLL represented Harry Norman on finding the location and in the lease negotiations. It also handled design and construction management for the interior buildout.
