Encore by David Weekley Homes has begun work on its new 55-plus active adult community, The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake, and plans to have the first 20 complete by the end of October, according to a press release.
The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake is located Hall County’s Flowery Branch will include 214 homes with sizes ranging from 1,700 to 2,700 square feet. Homes will have an option to add a second floor as well as have lawn care maintenance covered with homeowner association fees.
“David Weekley Homes was honored to be one of the inaugural builders when Newland first debuted Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch in 2004,” said Eric Price, division president with David Weekley Homes in Atlanta, in a press release. “We’ve witnessed a terrific response from 55-plus homebuyers here in Atlanta at Heritage at Towne Lake in Cherokee County and Marietta Township in Cobb County and look forward to seeing a similar response from Hall County buyers in the weeks to come.”
Amenities will include a 4,500 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, tennis court, yoga lawn and more. Residents will also have a lifestyle director for daily activities.
