Vista Residential Partners broke ground on Mill Grove Vista, a 304-unit apartment community that will rise across from the historic Mable House complex on Floyd Road in Mableton.
The garden-style development will anchor a 23.6-acre mixed-use project featuring townhomes, retail and a civic building. Mill Grove apartments will average 917 square feet, with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom options.
Community amenities across 12 residential buildings will include a fitness center, pool, clubroom with coffee bar, co-working spaces, secure parcel room, dog park and playground.

Developers expect to begin vertical construction by first quarter 2026, with completion projected for late 2027.
