Rockefeller Group completed vertical construction of 1072 West Peachtree, its 60-story mixed-use tower in Midtown.
The LEED Silver-certified building is the tallest structure built in Atlanta in over 30 years and the fifth tallest building citywide, according to a press release. It’s scheduled for completion in spring 2026.
The tower will house 224,000 square feet of office space over eight floors, 357 luxury residences with city views and 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residents of the building will have access to a host of amenities, including an athletic club, spa and sauna rooms, indoor Pilates studio and pickleball court overlooking Midtown. They’ll also have access to the Sky Garden, which Rockefeller Group bills as Midtown’s largest outdoor deck.
“Topping out 1072 West Peachtree marks a defining moment for both Rockefeller Group and Midtown Atlanta,” said John Petricola, senior managing director of the southeast region at Rockefeller Group. “This development represents the next chapter of mixed-use design in the city, where world-class architecture and thoughtfully programmed amenities come together to create a one-of-a-kind vertically integrated community. When completed, 1072 West Peachtree will shape how people live, work and connect in Atlanta for years to come.”
