Developer Mesa Capital Partners broke ground on Sutton Row, a nine-acre multifamily project within the Buice Lake master-planned community in Woodstock.

Leasing for the development’s 290 units is expected to open in late 2026, with completion set for 2027.

Planned amenities include a multi-story clubhouse with a coffee bar and market, coworking lounge, fitness center, pool and grilling stations. Residents will also have direct access to the future Cherokee County multi-use trail.
