Traton Homes will open the master-planned Tapp Farm community in Powder Springs this summer.

The development will offer homes from Traton’s “Jewel Box” collection of single-family homes, as well as two-story townhomes and a second collection of single-family residences.

The neighborhood will have direct access to the Silver Comet Trail and be walkable to downtown Powder Springs. It will also have an onsite clubhouse and swimming pool, Traton marketing director Kimberly Garwood said in a release.
