Fathom Holdings Inc. acquired Woodstock, Ga.-based residential brokerage Red Barn Real Estate for an undisclosed amount.

The deal will add approximately 230 agents to the Atlanta footprint of Fathom’s cloud-based brokerage, Fathom Realty LLC, which already has about 200 agents serving the metro Atlanta region, according to a release.

Red Barn provides full-service residential real estate services to buyers and sellers. Its acquisition will provide its agents access to intelliAgent, Fathom’s proprietary cloud-based software.

Red Barn President Scott Martineau and managing broker Laura Crowe will join Fathom’s leadership team.
