What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
Was in the fitness industry for many years, so working with corporations developing programs to keep their employees engaged and healthy.

Listen to good music.

Derek Jeter: A great example of a leader and winner.
What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret?
That it has so many neighborhoods with very distinct personalities and many options for food and entertainment.
What do you love most about the industry?
The ability and desire to help people with any of their real estate needs.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I respond to my clients needs very quickly, over-deliver on what I say I am going to do.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Determine where you excel — referrals, relationships, cold calling, social networking, etc. — and do a lot of that.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Watching – High Maintenance, Money Heist.
Listening – lots of podcasts – Reply All, The Daily, Planet Money, and Heavyweight.
What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta?
Anything ramen right now, but love the food at Tiny Lou’s.

The Center for Human and Civil Rights
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I wish I could say something really weird has happened, but all in all, nothing that weird.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
In 6th grade, I had a chance to interview Hank Aaron.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
We have young kids, and they love the beach, so Rosemary Beach or Seaside would be it.

New York
