Thrive Residential plans to redevelop a 1930s building that once housed a Southern Bell telephone switchboard into 34 boutique condominiums.

The Park 108 property is on the corner of Park Row and East Lake Road NE in Decatur‘s Oakhurst neighborhood. It was most recently used by AT&T.

Each residence will feature oversided windows, wide-plank hardwood floors and 14- or 15-foot ceilings. Some will include 5- or 6-foot mezzanine levels. The units range from 504 to 1,364 square feet and are priced from the $400,000s for one bedrooms and the $500,000s for two bedrooms.

Fortune 500 homebuilder Toll Brothers Inc. acquired Thrive Residential in February 2020 for an undisclosed amount. Thrive specializes in urban fill-in communities in Atlanta and Nashville.
