Compass hired commercial real estate broker Donna Smiley to its Atlanta team, marking the first woman to join the group.

Smiley, who founded Titan Real Estate Group, has specialized in tenant representation in the retail, office and industrial sectors for the past six years, according to a release.

Smiley was recognized as the No. 1 Commercial Real Estate Broker at the KW Commercial Midtown office in February 2020 and was one of the Top 20 Brokers in 2020 for gross commission income earned in the southeast region at KW Commercial.
