Marietta luxury apartment complex sells for $87M

Atlanta-based Vista Realty Partners sold the 298-unit Marketplace Vista Apartments in Marietta to Westerville, Ohio-based White Oak Partners for $87 million.

The luxury multifamily development is the residential component of the Marketplace at Terrell Mill mixed-use project, which is situated near I-75 and Truist Park, according to a press release.

Synovus Bank provided construction financing for the project, while a joint venture between Nationwide Insurance Co., RADCO, Blue Vista Asset Management LLC and others provided the equity.
