Pulte Homes plans to open 49 new three-story townhomes at its new 521 Atlanta community in Marietta in early 2022.

The homes will feature four of Pulte’s “More Life Built In” designs, and two of them, the Cooper and the Blanchard, will be showcased as model homes, according to a press release.

All open-concept designs will offer three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garages. They will range in size from 1,671 square feet to 2,090 square feet and be priced from the mid-$300,000s.

The development, located on Atlanta Road, will have a dedicated pedestrian path leading directly to Marietta Square.

“521 Atlanta is right in line with homebuyers’ desire for more walkable communities,” said Pablo Rivas, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes’ Georgia division. “The pedestrian path that connects the community to the Marietta Square also leads to the Mountain to River Trail, uniting the Square with another popular area destination — Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park.”
