Tech startup Zenlist and Ansley Atlanta Real Estate have partnered to provide Ansley’s agents and clients a mobile home-search and collaboration app.
Under the partnership, Zenlist will allow more than 300 Ansley agents and their clients to browse listings from FMLS and GAMLS on its mobile app. Zenlist said that its in-app chat feature makes collaboration easier by empowering agents and clients to share and communicate on multiple listings at once, without leaving the app.
“Zenlist has radically improved how agents and their clients collaborate,” says Zenlist founder and CEO Tom MacLeod. “This is the way buyers and sellers have always wanted real estate to work: Collaboratively, in real-time and in one app.”
According to a press release, Zenlist helps retain clients and increase their loyalty by providing them one user-friendly mobile platform for home searches, ending the risk they’ll be lost to other agents online. The app also provides homebuyers a platform that allows them to explore properties for sale under their agent’s guidance and observation and makes agent-client communication more efficient, among other benefits.
