A singer or photographer

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Bubble bath or work out

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Jennifer Lopez. She can sing, dance, act, model, and she’s a successful business owner. I would like to meet her because she works hard and does a great job at multi-tasking.

What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret?

Frankie’s Steakhouse or Amore e Amore

What do you love most about the industry?

The stories you hear when meeting new folks on a regular basis.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I came from a very technical background that taught me a lot of analytical skills when it came to analyzing data and market trends, so I’m fortunate that I have that knowledge to use in such a competitive market.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Delivering any bad news, whether it’s a client’s offer wasn’t accepted, there’s been a mistake, or the buyer backed out, etc.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Network and market yourself in authentic ways. People want to be social and mingle with those they like, so I believe showing off your interpersonal skills while going about it in a candid way is one of the easiest ways to capture new leads.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? 

Binge-watching: Yellowstone/Selling Sunset. Reading: Where The Crawdads Sing

What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta?

Mary Mac’s Tea Room, nothing like a home-cooked meal that makes you feel like you’re in the South. I love their cornbread!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta?

The Westin Peachtree Plaza, the way they designed it, using reflective glass, it reminds me of a disco ball.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Once, I was showing properties to a family, and at the end of the tour, one of the kids admitted to me that he used the bathroom, and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

I’m half Greek.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Park City , Utah. I love the outdoors and skiing, plus Utah is a gorgeous state.

What is your favorite city after Atlanta?

New Orleans. NOLA is always a good vibez.

Find a mentor and be confident.
