International logistics and consumer communication officer

Growing up, what did you want to be?

Like my mom.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Throw axes, pick locks …I am basically a Dungeons & Dragons character.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Bill Clinton. He is a universally well liked person despite his politics. I would just like to have a beer with him.

What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret?

Its gaming and cosplay society.

What do you love most about the industry?

Sounds corny, but it’s letting people know they have a better option for the agent who serves them.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I go to where my clients are. Most agents wait for their clients to come to them.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Constancy.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Have a defined audience. Figure out how to talk to that audience. Talk in a way that makes you the person they know, like and trust.

Masterclass.com, Raving Fans (book) and Thundercat (music)

What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta?

Varsity at North Avenue or a tomahawk steak at McKendrick’s in Sandy Springs

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta?

The King and Queen Towers and the Brass Building on the Georgia State campus.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

The weirdest thing is privileged client information. The second weirdest was watching a disgruntled owner remove a 2,000 square-foot cedar house from a property before it was foreclosed on.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

I am huge. Most people only know me through my video series.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Savannah. It’s calming and historical. Fun to walk around.

What is your favorite city after Atlanta?

San Diego. It has the most perfect weather in the entire United States.

Do something to improve your business every day.
