Commercial real estate firm Newmark has consolidated four Atlanta-area locations into one 34,000-square-foot Southeast regional office in the Pinnacle Building in the heart of Buckhead.

The new office occupies the 18th and part of the 19th floors of the 22-story, class-A glass tower, which is located at the intersection of Peachtree and Lenox roads.

“We created a vibrant, inclusive and modern space that brings together all of our Atlanta locations, underpinning Newmark’s strong emphasis on cross-business collaboration to deliver creative solutions and exceptional results for clients,” Newmark Southeast market leader Sean Moynihan said in a press release. “The new space was designed to reflect the values of our forward-thinking real estate firm, building upon our leading regional presence and helping attract and retain the industry’s top talent.”

The new space was designed by global architecture and design firm Perkins & Will and includes materials like wood, glass, concrete, stone, granite and marble and uses natural light to maximize the office’s 360-degree skyline views.

“Working alongside our Newmark professionals, we designed a space that reflects our people — embracing diversity by working with women-led firms and diverse contractors who helped realize the space with an eye towards the future of work,” said Newmark director of corporate services Luiza Adams. “It was important to incorporate eco-friendly, natural, locally sourced materials to create a healthy environment.”

The new space also includes green biophilia features, sustainable natural furnishings, a folding glass wall that opens onto a terrace and a depiction of the Atlanta skyline at the office’s elevator bank. White oak, which is prominent in Atlanta, was used throughout the space.
