Homebuilder Kolter Homes named Tony Adams as its newest regional vice president to oversee both Cresswind and Kolter Homes developments in Georgia and northwest Florida.

Kolter hired Adams in 2015 as a director to oversee development, construction and sales at Cresswind Peachtree City, which was named one of the “Top 50 Best Master-Planned Communities in the U.S.” by Where to Retire Magazine and the “Active Adult Community of the Year” by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

Adams then oversaw the sell-out of Cresswind Lake Lanier and the ramp-up of Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, where 100 homes were sold during the community’s first 90 days of sales.

In his new role, Adams will supervise a team of more than 60 employees managing land acquisition, approvals and development, as well as construction, sales, marketing and warranty activities.

“Tony has been an integral member of the Kolter Homes team for more than six years,” Kolter President Robert Rademacher said in a press release. “We are fortunate to have him at the helm of our Georgia and northwest Florida divisions as we expand and open new communities.”

Before Kolter, Adams worked for national homebuilders Ryland, DR Horton and Toll Brothers.
