Completed last month, RADCO will lease-up the mid-rise building and make additional improvements.

“RADCO is proud to announce it has acquired the rebranded Gibson by Radius, a newly delivered class A multifamily property in a core location next to Atlanta’s famed BeltLine,” RADCO CEO Norman Radow said in a news release. “We continue to seek core assets in excellent locations to take advantage of the volatility in the current marketplace.”

The purchase follows two other recent acquisitions made by Atlanta-based RADCO, The M by Radius and Radius West Midtown.

Located at 982 Memorial Drive, the building is across Gibson Street from the beloved Home grown GA diner and adjacent to the Madison Yards mixed-use development. Community amenities include a rooftop pool and fire pit, 24/7 fitness center, cabanas and outdoor kitchen and art/creative studio.

Robert Stickel and Alex Brown of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction.
