The development, to be called Aventon Exchange, will go up on a wooded lot on the northeast corner of Buford Drive and Old Peachtree Road with a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments outfitted with “top-of-market” features, including open shelving, quartz countertops and wine racks. It is expected to open in early 2024.

Community amenities will include a saltwater pool and an almost 12,000-square-foot clubhouse with a game room, fitness center, remote-working lounge and private offices. A pet spa, dog park and EV charging stations will also be available.

“We are thrilled to be entering the Atlanta metro area, especially Gwinnett County, one of the most high-end and rapidly growing counties within Georgia,” Aventon senior managing director Ron Perera said in a news release. “We look forward to Aventon Exchange being the first of many projects in this dynamic and growing region.”

Scott + Cormia Architecture designed the buildings, while Alpharetta-based Studio 5 Interiors designed the interiors.
