Kolter Homes broke ground on a new age-restricted, master-planned community in Newnan that it says will bring 43 homes that are “different than anything Kolter Homes has previously built in the Atlanta area.”

The “intimate neighborhood” will be known as Oak Hill Reserve and offer community amenities like an outdoor pavilion, community garden, flower garden and walking path.

Initial pricing is estimated to start in the mid $400,000s, and there will be eight available floorplans ranging from 1,605 to 2,775 square feet.

Home plans include two-to-five bedrooms, two-to-three bathrooms and two-or-three car garages. Homes will be available with a variety of exterior styles and finishes and offer bonus rooms, sunrooms, fitness or study rooms, extended owner’s suites and lanais, extended garages and in-law suites.

“We have been working on these new design concepts for almost two years, and we are excited to debut this first new collection of new homes at Oak Hill Reserve,” Kolter regional vice president Tony Adams said.

Kolter Homes is known in Atlanta for its Cresswind-branded active-adult communities in Hoschton, Peachtree City and Lake Lanier.
