Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta names 2022 top performers

Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta named its top-performing agents and teams for 2022 sales performance. 

Debra Johnston of the Buckhead West Paces Ferry office was the No. 1 agent for adjusted growth commission income (AGCI). She also earned the Coldwell Banker International Society of Excellence designation, which was awarded to 210 out of approximately 100,000 Coldwell Banker affiliated agents worldwide. 

Jamie McCleskey of the Douglasville office was the No. 1 agent for units sold in 2022. She also earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation, which is awarded to the top 2% of Coldwell Banker’s 100,000 agents. 

The Qualls Team, led by Kevin Qualls and affiliated with the Johns Creek/Duluth office, was the No. 1 small team of two or three members for AGCI. The team also earned the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Small Team designation, placing it in the top 20% of 3,730 Coldwell Banker teams worldwide. 

The Feder Group, led by Betsy Feder and affiliated with the Marietta/West Cobb office was the No. 1 small team for units sold.  

The Common Ground Home Team, led by Justin Ziegler and affiliated with the Intown office, was the No. 1 large team of four or more people for AGCI and units sold. The team also received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Large Team designation, placing them in the top 9% of Coldwell Banker’s 3,730 teams.  

Ashley Cohen of the Sandy Springs Perimeter office was named Rookie of the Year.
