St. Bourke hires land-disposal manager

by John Yellig

Atlanta developer and asset manager St. Bourke appointed former Rockhaven Homes land acquisition manager Brad Mills as manager for land disposals.

In his new role, Mills will lead St. Bourke’s land-disposal initiatives for investment clients.

Before joining Rockhaven, Mills, who has extensive experience in underwriting, market research and financial modeling and analysis, worked with Stolz Partners, formerly SF Capital Group, St. Bourke said.

“We are thrilled to have Brad join our team,” St. Bourke President Ben Simpson said in a press release. “His expertise in contract negotiation and management, critical dates tracking and reporting, and underwriting and financial analysis will be invaluable to our organization.”

Mills is responsible for broker relationship management, asset positioning strategy, marketing collateral management, preparation and management of due diligence files, managing the call-for-offers process, coordination of the closing process, and consistent market tracking and reporting, St. Bourke added.

“I am honored to be joining the St. Bourke team and excited to take on this new role,” Mills said. “I look forward to working with the team to help position and market assets for sale and ensure that critical dates are made for investment clients.”

Mills has a B.S. in business administration from Truett-McConnell College, where he graduated magna cum laude.
