Several Atlanta-area real estate firms made it into this year’s RealTrends 500 rankings of the top brokerages by closed transaction sides and closed sales volume, with Keller Williams Realty Pinnacle Partners Group of Duluth once again ranking highest among local firms in both cases.
Nationally, Compass, Anywhere Advisors, HomeServices of America, eXp Realty and Douglas Elliman Realty LLC claimed the top five spots by volume, respectively, while eXP Realty, Anywhere Advisors, HomeServices, Compass and Hanna Holdings ranked first through fifth by sides, respectively.
Keller WIlliams Realty Pinnacle Partners ranked 22 on the volume list, with $8.59 billion of closed sales in 2022. The firm was No. 17 by sides, with 21,813.4 transactions last year.
Keller Williams Realty – The Rawls Group of Atlanta was the next-highest-ranked local brokerage by volume, at No. 55 with $4.65 billion of sales, while Mark Spain Real Estate was second-highest by sides, with 11,211. Mark Spain also made RealTrends’ Top Movers lists for volume and sides, as well as its Largest Independents roster.
Other Altanta-area firms listed in the top 100 by volume were Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage at 64, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty at 65, Mark Spain at 72 and Keller Williams Realty – Heart of Atlanta Group at 73.
By sides, the Rawls Group came in at 51, Atlanta Communities at 55, Heart of Atlanta at 56, and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers ranked 78.
