The 2023 Parade of Homes kicks off April 22, giving potential homebuyers the opportunity to tour model, spec and pre-sold homes in 23 metro-Atlanta counties.
Free self-guided tours are available at participating communities over the next three weekends: April 22-23, April 29-30 and May 6-7. Tour hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
Attendees can plan their tours with the ATLHomesParade app from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA), which is sponsoring the event. They’re also encouraged to vote for their favorite homes on the tour for a chance to win one of several door prizes, including a $500 gift card, a pair of beach cruiser bicycles and a 65-inch QLED TV.
“[The parade is] a stunning representation of the diversity of offerings throughout metro Atlanta that run the gamut from active-adult and single-family communities from award-winning national home builders to luxury estate enclaves,” GAHBA Executive Officer Corey Deal said. “In addition, we found last year that our app was a real game-changer for the parade — allowing our guests to find the homes they wanted to see in areas of town where they wanted to be while touring at their own pace.”
Twenty-three builders are participating in this year’s parade, including: Adams Homes, Ashton Woods, Beazer Homes, Century Communities, Custom Builders Atlanta, David Weekley Homes, Eastwood Homes, Fischer Homes, Heatherland Homes, JW Collection, Kinglett Homes, Kolter Homes, Lennar, McKinley Homes, Meritage Homes, Peachtree Residential, Piedmont Residential, RA Custom Design, Rocklyn Homes and Smith Douglas Homes.
