Davidson Homes has opened homesite sales at The Village at Shallowford, its new gated community in Kennesaw. 

The master-planned development will offer 88 single-family homes in three series: The Classic, with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and up to 2,046 square feet; The Signature, with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and up to 2,233 square feet; and The Executive, with up to five bedrooms, four baths and 2,655 square feet.  

Currently, only Executive homesites from the mid $500,000s are available, with early move-ins beginning in December. Classic and Signature homesites, which start in the low to mid $400,000s, will become available later this year. 

The community is located two miles from downtown Woodstock. It will feature a pool and clubhouse when built out.
