Fischer Homes expects to open sales at its new 76-homesite single-family community, Sage Woods, in Dallas this fall.

Developed by Grand Communities LLC, Sage Woods is situated on 22 acres in Paulding County. Fischer is offering floorplans from its Maple Street Collection with 1,600 to almost 3,000 square feet of space. Buyers will be able to personalize their homes by choosing flooring, cabinets, countertops and more.
