Harry Norman, REALTORS® has some new digs — or, more accurately, two new digs.  

After 18 years at 532 East Paces Ferry Road, the real estate brokerage has divided its operations between two Buckhead offices. Its corporate headquarters, Partner Services, has relocated to Ardent Companies’ Piedmont Center at 3525 Piedmont Road, and its brokerage office is moving to Brand Properties’ new 2827 Peachtree Road office building in Garden Hills. 

“Moving from one location that opened in 2005 to launching two new office spaces is a testament to our unwavering belief in the unparalleled essence of human connection and the potential for continued growth,” President and CEO Jenni Bonura said. “We have the chance to redefine the norm, to create a space that inspires collaboration and innovation while offering exceptional client experiences.” 

The brokerage office will occupy 9,183 square feet of the new 135,000-square-foot building, which is expected to fully open mid-August. The new development offers large, elevated patios with Wi-Fi access, private balconies for some offices and a main entrance archway with valet drop-off. The building’s amenities include a fitness center, boardroom and covered parking. 

The Partner Services office occupies 10,189 square feet in Building 5 of the recently renovated Piedmont Center, which comprises 14 class-A office buildings. Amenities include a 1.2-mile walking trail, six revamped conference rooms, a fitness center and activities like yoga, food trucks and happy hours.
